Photographer John H. Williams would often document auto collisions for insurance companies. This photo is interesting not only for the slight damage to the vehicle, but for the stores and businesses in the background. I have not been able to get oriented, despite staring at this shot for quite a few times. Any help would be welcomed!
UPDATE: We have established that this shot was taken on Jackson Street, to the side of Johnson's Superette. The photographer is facing north. The Elite Dress Shop is visible in the distance. Thanks to everyone who responded to my query. I realized that this is a side of the street that many of us did not use much, preferring to cut through Whitworth Campus instead.
